It stops with us!
Sexualized discrimination and violence in the workplace are not exceptional individual phenomena. Around 9% of all employees have been or are affected by sexualized border crossings in their professional context. Due to specific and structural circumstances, an increased proportion can be assumed in the agricultural sector, which has been confirmed by our research and surveys.
This brochure offers initial assistance and guidance for those affected by sexualized violence and discrimination in the agricultural sector. It lists possible contact points for employees who are or have been affected by sexualized border violations or who have witnessed them. This applies equally to uncertainty about certain situations that cause discomfort and to specific incidents or suspected cases in the workplace.
